I was really excited to move here because I love Columbia but this place is horribly managed. It took us almost one month to get our heat fixed in November! It never took less than three weeks and about five phone calls to get anything else fixed. I came home one day to find my shower head torn out and half my shower tiles ripped off, no note, no explanation, nothing. I had to call the office to find out what the heck was going on and then learned that I couldn't shower for two days, thanks for the heads up Jen.
This place was terrible, we moved out 6 months ago and are still waiting for our security deopsit.
DO NOT MOVE HERE, it's nothing but problems.
