A couple of complaints...
The maintenance isn't that great. The workers are so nice, but to get things done it takes a while, and they do a temporary fix, not really fixing anything. Since I moved in their has been problems with my master bathroom. It has been leaking to the apartment below and causing problems. they would come in and caulk the bathtub every 2-3 months, but never seeing what was causing the problems. Just three days ago the new maintenance man tore down the bathroom wall and found out that the pipes were leaking. Yet I was getting letters from management threatening to have to pay for the drywall below because I was causing the leaking.
I live on the top floor 3 bedroom apartment. When I moved in here they knew how many children were in this apartment (6 - 3 in each room) and the rented to me. In those 3 years I have had no complaints as far as noise and what not. However when a new tenant moved in below me and complained that there was banging (from the maintenance fixing my bathroom) and walking all hours of the night (I do computer work from 8pm - 4am, then am up at 6am with the kids) so I responded to the letter of complaint and now I have been given a 30 day moveout letter because I am over the limit. And for the past 3 years the 6 kids have been no problem
