I have lived here at Autumn Crest for around 2 years now and haven't had too many bad experiences. It is true that you can hear everything that is going on upstairs, especially if you have a MONSTER above you that stomps around.

The maintenance will come out to attempt to fix your problems, but it is true that usually it is just a temporary fix. I had to call the cops twice while staying here. Once for a fight outside in the parking lot and another time for what sounded like domestic violence from my neighbors above.

The apartments are a great value! The best value that I could find in Columbia and I looked at over 10 apartment complexes. If you don't mind minor nuances then this is an ok place. W/D in unit is key!
