I have lived at Autumn Crest for over twelve years [too long]. Residents in the surrounding buildings [to mine] have ranged from an abundance of immigrants [probably illegals] that do not speak English, wallow in trash, drink on the grounds and relieve themselves in the bushes, to those fleeing inner city Baltimore or D.C. but bring their inner city mentality with them as well as lack of good parenting skills [allow children to run and play in apartment all hours of the day and night as if outside in the playground]. I have been forced to stay as the rents in a better apt. community are out of reach for for those of us once considered making a middle class income. I am in the process of looking to move out of Maryland in order to find cheaper rents and better class of residents.

That is right! Maryland is a joke if you are a renter! Other states are much cheaper!!! Even New York has rent control in some apartments. Here you have to apply for section 8 and they have a 5 year waiting list.I'm getting out of maryland too just as soon as I can.
