We have lived here for about 6 months. Every month there has been a problem in our apartment. First and foremost, we were due to move in 12/01/07, and the leasing office contacted us stating that our apartment was ready for move in 1 week earlier than scheduled. We were sooooo excited, however once we unpacked we found that we were not the only ones living here. The apartment was ROACH INFESTED!!!!! Imagine that, right''' That was only the beginning. The balcony door was broken (no lock), the dish washer did not work, the stove was old, lop sided, and did not work, and then the ghetto maintenance staff had the nerve to spray paint the stove black and got the spray paint all on the wall. (November) no heat and no hot water. Now, does this apartment sound ready...hell no!!! Yes, we had to pay for the early week that we moved in with all of these things not working. So, ok, they finally get around to fixing everything, replacing the stove and dishwasher upon contacting Grady Management. Well, next the dryer breaks down and they finally repaired it. Here we go again!!!! So, when they came to fix the lock on the patio door (1 month later), they tracked black soot all over the floor and did not attempt to clean it up or even leave a message indicating that it would be taken care of. On that Friday evening, we came home to black soot embedded in the carpet. We had to make yet another phone call for that. There was a water leak in the kitchen. They had to tear up a portion of the floor in the hallway to fix that, and now there is a water leak in the dining room and the bathroom. Not to mention that maintenance rides around ALL DAY LONG NOT EVEN ANSWERING THE EMERGENCY HOTLINE NUMBER!!!!!! Therefore, my rating for this facility is a -10000000!!!!!! I would not recommend anyone to Autumn Crest!!!!

I forgot to mention the roaches in my review. Sounds exactly like my experience. Hope your next place is better.
