Don't Do IT!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Pros:
1. Spacious Apartment
2. Nice Grounds

Cons:
1. Unresponsive Management
2. Maintence is slow and takes repeated visits for repairs to actually be made.
3. Appliances old - need to be replaced.
4. Loitering - there are constantly groups of men hanging out in the parking lot drinking and breaking bottles.
5. Don't feel safe.
6. Large rent increases.
7. Bugs
