Old, going down hill fast.

Need to hire more people to take care of an old complex that is starting to get run down very quickly. Staff are nice, and professional but that does not make up for the fact that you have to call them several times a month to fix everything in the apartment. Not to mention that several times they don't fix it correctly or at all. I have conversed with several other tenants and this is the same for all renters of this property.
