I have been on the property for many years. Once Avalon at Symphony Glenn was an excellent place to live. However, with the new management--No longer.

The new management plays to win--for themselves. No respect is shown to the residents. The new manager is rude and insulting--seems to have a low stress threshold. They will lie about the apartments that are available and try to manuever you into the unit they want you to take. No help from above--The Regional Manager doesn't care. A gross lack of professionalism here.

If your here in the cold weather--bring steel cleats. They cant seem to get the ice up, nor do they care.

Its sad to see a property that was once managed so well, become another piece of cut-throat profit margin.

Time to leave.
