Comments about management are dead on. I moved in because Kim Quintero is terrific. Unfortunately, she has left the property. The new mangement seems to be completely unorganized and has absolutely no respect for its residents. The property is now being merged with Southgate Crossing - which has gotten horrible reviews on this site and has an array of *intersting* characters living there. The number of car burglaries in our complex has risen in the last few months as well.

Before the new management and the merger with the neighboring aparment complex, this was a lovely and terrific place to live. Use your best judgement - if you can live with TERRIBLE manangement, everything else is really great.
