Avalon needs to bring back Kim NOW! We moved in almost 5 years ago and the only reason why we chose Avalon at Symphony Glen was because of Kim Quintero. She left and when to Annapolis for a couple of years and we were so happy to have her back now Avalon as taken her away again. Kim, Stephen, and Cory are all gone the only management group that was alway friendly, professional, and never talked down to you. The new manager like the previous tenant said he is one step down from a used car salesman. He talks down to you and acts like you don't know what you are talking about. He is a little punk!

Now for maintenance Andy is the only one we will ask for any time he is in our apartment it gets fixed right. Our air went out and it took him almost 2 weeks to fix it. He first replaced the thermostate but that didn't fix it I got so tired of call the office that I call one of our good friend that owns his own business fixing heating and cooling units. He said it was just a relay switch John finally got it fixed right. Oh ya the breezeways look really bad unless you are in the new building.

We will be moving out at the end of our lease the customer service goes down hill every time Kim leaves the complex.

i agree with all the opinions about the new manager that i am reading. he acts likes he doesn't care if you live here or not. i am leaving after 10 yrs here...10 yrs.....because of him....i also agree that the other managers were great.
