A friend told me about this site and I thought for kicks it would be fun to see how my community is rated. After reading the reviews, I have to say that I stongly disagree with all my fellow residents who stated the customer service here has gone down hill since the change in office staff. I have been living at this community for the past three years and although there have been changes, I have found the customer service level to be top notch with both the office staff and the maintenance team. All I can say for my fellow residents who have not taken well to the changes are that they are obviously the type of people who can not handle change and thus are complaining here on this website. I hope that anyone using this website to find a new place to live will realize that the negative reviews are based on change that these people could not handle not whether or not this community is a nice place to live. To set the record straight... This community is a GREAT place to live. I have enjoyed every moment of the past three years that I have lived here.
