Very spacious appartments, great location, ample parking and above all blissfully quiet, except when there were open air concerts at Merryweather Pavilion.
Some great walks in the area for exercise and one could walk to the mall. The gym was small but useful, as was the pool area. Utilities worked fine, except for aircon which was excessively noisy and could not cope either with hard winter or very hot summer. We had to 'enhance' double glazing with plastic sheeting in winter to keep energy bills sensible, especially the french windows. Community always clean and quiet. Kim is an excellent manager who really excelled, especially when our block burnt down 5 days before we were due to return to UK. Organised us all, got fire dept to retrieve key articles (my passport !), and generally ensured we were taken care of.
