We move here initially because of the location and we felt staff and organization were trustworthy. It seemed that they had mislead us on quite a few items. First of all the complex is quite noisy. There are lots of college kids going to a community college next door staying late at night out on the parking lot. The apartments are supposed to be "luxury apartments" but windows don't close well, screens are torn, there isn't enough hot water in a two bedroom / two bathroom unit to take more than two hot showers, water can't be used at two locations at the same time in the apartment without burning someone else, etc. Even worse, they were not completely clear about end of lease policy when we signed up, and found out 1 month after renewing our lease that prices had gone down and that the lease ending policy had changed without warning us ahead of time! We are now considering paying the early fee and move out even at our financial disadvantage. Finally, the property is not kept very clean and bags or cups can often be seen laying around.

Probably one of the least expensive communities in Howard County, but I suppose the cliche' that you get what you pay for remains true regardless of location. I concur with everything you've stated and personally wouldn't recommend this community to anyone but unfortunately all other communities are very expensive in contrast. Then again, they are much much nicer as well.
