...every experience is different but mine has been mostly good...first 2 months the neighbors below played loud music constantly, but the office staff was exceptional in taking care of the problem...now it's pretty quiet. Also in the beginning we had an issue with the washer/dryer in the unit so the office staff put in a new one relatively quickly. They have been extremely helpful. My apartment is okay, not great, but nice. It's a typical apartment. Price was more important for us. I live on the side with the brown buildings (not the grey) and for $1234/mth in columbia, md (which is pretty cheap considering the location) for a 2 bed/2bath im pretty happy. For the money i'm paying, i'm pretty happy. Parking is adequate, the pool is kept clean....etc, etc...

Thanks for the reveiw and yours in particular....sticking to the facts and not just venting....helped us decide to make this our home. We are going there to sign a lease today. We saw it yesterday but wanted to look on here first befotre comminting and now I feel much better about living there than I already did!

Kelliecar69 I am hoping you can help me. I am looking to move here in about 2 months and after reading the reviews I'm not sure what to think. The price is great for Columbia and I want to stay in the area. After a month or so can you post back what your experience has been. I would love to know so this can help me decide if this is the right spot for me and my son. Safety is my main concern after reading all the reviews. Thank you.
