Short and sweet:

* Great location! I am a walker, and feel perfectly safe, walking along Columbia Road. It's also quite pretty in the Springtime.

* Solid apartments. Appliances (especially the Washer/Dryer unit) are a bit old, but the insulation is great against both weather and loud neighbors. Nice layout, too.

* Parking. No problem. I have always been able to find a parking spot in front of my building, which is a luxury that I had not experienced in previous communities.

* Staff. Attentive, competent, and - with the exception of one gal with a permanent attitude problem - friendly. I've no complaints as far as the office goes.

My only reason for complaint concerns the tenants who are constantly dropping their garbage *outside* of the dumpsters, which gets kind of messy. To their credit, however, the staff is pretty good about cleaning this up.
