Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have been here for two years now and I can say that it has been a pleasurable experience.
PROS:
*There is 24 hour access to the gym, the pool is well kept, the tentants are friendly.
*Office staff is very attentive and friendly
*Grounds are well kept, and it is also very safe.
*Maintenance nomrmally fixes problems within a day or two - tops.
*The price higher than most places but hey you get what you pay for. (When I initally got here I thought that living here would be more expensive than it is)
CONS
**Parking after 10pm can be difficult and the trash is sometimes overflowing out of the dumpster but never for more than a day or two
I would recommend renting here - from what I can tell Avalon at Fairway Hills is the best place to rent an apartment in Columbia.
