My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 years. After searching almost 20 different apartment commmunities we decided on Avalon. So far, we have loved living here. The staff have been great. THey actually remember our names, which is very impressive. We're always telling people we meet about the complex. We just moved into a newly renovated apt. and are very happy with it. We are now on a top floor which is lovely. I like the vaulted ceiling and not hearing people above us. The new appliances are wonderful (you don't find that in many area apartments). The best feature in our opinion is the fitness center. It's one of the largest gyms out of any apartments we looked at. They have tons of free weights and individual machines. We use it a lot. The pools are great in the summertime. And the community has mostly young working people. I feel very safe going to my car at night. Great place to live!
