Just like another posting, I live in the section that it is being renovated. Only 3 months after moving in, I am advised that I have to move again or basically I will be evicted. I only wish they would have told me from the beginning. I also have a downstairs neighbor from hell that plays loud music all day and night. Complaining to the office has not helped at all.
My advise is to take the 3rd floor, and hope for a nice neighbor that has consideration. The insulation is horrible and of course the renovation does not include more padding in the carpet to help us out.
