Whats the big deal, because its next to a golf course. The apartment complex is so congested, like boxes stacked on top of each other, the parking sucks, the buildings are old. It does have a nice fitness center. It's just an apartment. It is in a nice area because there are nice townhouses near by. Other than that it's just a plain old apartment.
