I had a huge ant and mold problem in my apartment. Huge colonies of ants would pop up all over the apartment, including the pantry. The exterminator came out nearly ever tuesday for weeks, but it was a problem for everyone on my floor. My roommate and I came across mold in the bathrooms, around the window frames, and in one of the closets The mold even travelled to the furniture left in my storage closet. This place is definitely not worth the money. I'm happy to gone.
