The renovated apts were great. The price was too much compared to other apartment communities around. You had to walk or take trash in your car as the trash bin was far away. Parking was always an issue. Management was ok. Most minor issues were fixed within a few days if you left a voicemail. Club house is small with couple tread mills and few exercise machines.
Bottomline: Pricey.
