I have lived here going on a year, we just signed a new lease for another year. We really have not had any problems, we live in the woods section on the bottom floor. So we have new appliances, but I do have to agree with one of the reviews.. the burners are so lopsided on the stove and they won't really fix them because of cost. My rent went up about 50 dollars... not too bad but the pet rent went up from 35 to 50 dollars, luckily; since we are staying in the same apartment we still get to stay at 35 but next year we will have to pay 50.. but we will definitely be moving by then. It is expensive for the size you get, I pay about 1350 for a 1 bedroom with a den, and the power bill is very expensive. You can feel drafts through the windows and doors, we put up plastic around the windows and replaced the weather stripping around the front door, unfortunately there is not much we can do about the sliding door. The floor above us...they are loud and you can sometimes hear them walking around. Every night it sounds like they are moving furniture around and they are always banging stuff..i think it is more bad tenants instead of the apartment. I can't complain because the last apartment we were in you could hear them talking among other things. Parking... we have not had any problems with parking at all, if you live by the dumpster I can see the problem with parking but over by the gym, no problems. Other than that we really haven't had many issues, the staff for the most part has been really nice to us and maintenance, they have a high turn over rate but they normally come and fix whatever needs fixing within 3 days. Yes, bugs are a little bit of a problem since we live by a lot of trees but we sprayed around the apartment (on the outside) and it has cut down on the problem immensely. I guess all I can say is this apartment is pretty good, i feel it is in a pretty good neighborhood, if you can do a lot of stuff by yourself that helps out a lot.

well I am on year number two here... again I think it all depends on where you live in the community. I can't speak for Fields or Meadows but the Woods by the fitness center is not that bad. We are having problems with insects right now but we live on the very bottom floor right by the trees so it is to be expected. The Terminex guy came and sprayed yesterday so they are on top of it.I hope that you have a good experience but I guess it is all in how you make of it.
