I moved in last month but have only been able to live in it for the past week. I moved into a first floor bug infested apartment. During my walk-in with management I showed them how many at least 50 bugs and they refused to write it down and claimed they didn't see anything. How blind can you be' I had their exterminator come in the first week and whoever it was did not do anything. Every day I have to spray down the entire apartment which seems to be killing the new bugs but I have to clean the dead ones daily which is plain gross.

Upon move in, my bathroom was disgusting. There was mold all over the bathroom luckily they offered to clean it but the job was done half-fast. I also had an ice maker which made brown ice. When I dumped out this ice it stained the sink. I can only imagine how much they will rip me off when I move out. I was also told that the washer and dryer were full size but when I finally had to do laundry I realized that they were compact size on the inside so I can only do so much laundry which is sooo loud.

I guess the only positive I can give is that the views are beautiful and it is nice to say that you are living near a golf course. My neighbors aren't loud at all and it is pretty peaceful. I would totally love the place if I didn't have red hairy spiders in my bed or slimy silver bugs in my bathroom when I'm taking a shower. I'm not paying rent to live in a cabin, I want a "luxurious apartment".

Maybe you should have moved into the renovated ones. We have new appliances. Washer and dryer are the same size as the ones at my mothers house. Which is normal size. We do have bugs but not that many.
