Run from this place -avoid at all cost

This place is the biggest rip-off ever. Avalon Management is the biggest scam artist around. You will NEVER receive you deposit upon move-out. They charge tenants for normal wear and tear of apartments-everything from painting, carpeting cleaning, etc.-it doesn't matter ... more
