It started off ok, the apartment was not completely refurbished, no new counters and plenty of nail pops on the walls. The appliances could have been a little better, but it was a nice starter apartment.
The walls are paper thin, according to friends in other buildings, there are a number of noisy residents, and management has been almost non existant... Too much money for too little comfort!
