Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I lived at Cedar Valley for about a year. There was constant noise and the police were there almost every night. One night around 3am we were awake by a knocking on the door. A neighbor had been stabbed and robbed right in front of our door! A young man living a few buildings down from me got arrest for dealing drugs! Cedar Valley is a HORRIBLE place to live!
