Lovely apartment in Columbia

My two roommates and I have a three beds, three *full* baths (yes, everyone has their own bathtub!) on the top floor and have had no major problems in a year. No leaks, new carpet and paint, pleasant staff, fast maintenance response, and great fitness center.
I actually chose this apartment for the fitness center - I was going to have knee surgery and needed to continue physical therapy on my own and couldn't afford a gym membership. Open 24 hours, never had to wait for a machine - there's an elliptical, stationary bike, tredmill, rowing machine, and more.
The only issue I would bring up are the cheap accordian/folding style closet doors (hall, kitchen) that keep coming/falling off their tracks. We figured out how to fix them on our own, or for in the kitchen we just kept it off the track to the pantry/washer dryer area.
The living room and dining room are large enough for a full suite of furniture each(I have a sofa/oveseat/chair set with entertainment center; dining room table with five chairs and bookcase for storage), and a wonderful open kitchen looking over the dining room and living room. Enough counter space for all of our appliances (rice cooker, toaster, juicer, water pitcher/boiler - no microwave though, that might take up more space).
This has been my second apartment in Columbia and fourth overall apartment, and by far this apartment has been my favorite! If I wasnt't moving closer to work I would stay here longer.
