I havent lived here; however, i have went to get information and to look at a unit. Let me just say, the leasing officer was the most rude person i have dealt with in years. We walked in, asked about general information on a apartment. Here is what we got. "We have nothing available, we wont have anything available" That was it, then she walked away!!! We were both dressed very nice and drive a $30,000 car, yet we were pretty much told to leave. Be careful with the leasing office here...

I just went in today and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. we liked it so much, we're moving there. we had two woman help us, maybe the person you dealt with no longer works there? I'm sorry you had such an unpleasant experience!

I have been here too to see an apartment, and I can agree that they have rude and unfriendly (not to mention poorly dressed) staff. The leasing assistant who spoke to us immediately said they had no openings and would have none, while being clad in a short-sleeved striped shirt with a humongous red stain on the front (maybe lunch for the day?) and leggings instead of pants. Needless to say the level of class at Columbia Commons is questionable. I'm sure you're better off living elsewhere, as I've opted to do.
