I just moved in this week and I absolutely love my apartment! I actually have met everyone in the office and Joelle, Kristy, and Courtney were all great! They were super helpful and answered all my questions and made my moving process really easy. I don't know who u spoke to, but everyone I spoke to was super nice and I've haven't heard of anyone who works there by there by that name. Maybe u called a different complex cuz this ones great!
