i moved here about 5 months ago and had horrible problems when we first moved in.
first of all, courtney the girl that showed us the model misinformed us a great deal. her selling points were
a) great parking
b) our unit would have a full size washer and dryer
c) track lighting.. (not like it matters..)

the parking is pretty bad.. compared to what im used to. if you're coming home late at night forget about getting close parking.

our unit certainly didn't have a full size washer and dryer. we had an apartment sized stackable.

there was no track lighting.. what an odd thing to lie about.

our air conditioning didnt work the first day/night we moved in. it was 96 degrees and we were moving furniture up 3 flights of stairs with no air.
maintenance was very quick to come and help, but simply told us we'd have to wait it out as the vent leading to our apartment was frozen over.

i should also mention that me, and my 2 other roommates all went in a separate times to sign the lease, and never once we were told we needed to hand them the rent check in order to get the keys. an honest mistake, and something we all should have known.. but in the process of moving.. it slipped out minds. they wouldnt accept a personal check, and as you know you can only get a certain amount of money from an atm machine (all bankds were closed) i'm not sure how we managed to do it, but we did. an example of poor communication.

our dish washer was broken
the light in our kitchen was out
the garbage disposal was broken.

all of things were fixed in a timely manner, but shouldnt these things be checked before a new tenant moves in'

apparently the office manager was on vacation the week we moved in, so i guess things were overlooked.
she rectified our washer/dryer problem by putting in a full size stackable.

now we're having a water damage problem in our bedroom, apparently they're going to fix the roof before they fix anything cosmetic in our ceiling.

over all i like the complex. i like the location, and everyone is nice. its not a bad area, i feel very safe here.
however they really overcharge for what you actually get.

i will not be renewing my lease here.

and kristy, who works in the office is the most unhelpful person i've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
