We moved here about 7 months ago. It's a little pricey considering the apartments are somewhat outdated and we just got a notice that prices are going up by 4-5% if you want to update your lease. I'll be out of this s..t hole before they know it.The kitchen is very small and there's very little cabinet space.

Maintenance has not been very responsive. Water has been leaking in the apartment and they have not figured out what's wrong with it for 3 weeks now. Can't wait for the lease to be up and get the hell out of here. I'm even considering paying a penalty and vacating early, it's that bad...

It seems relatively safe but for the price you're paying there are still some individuals that look suspicious. We had some old bikes on our porch (not locked) and one was stolen while we were sleeping. It's our fault we didn't lock it but just the fact that there are those kinds of people in the area makes my uneasy.

The ONLY good thing about the apartments is the grounds outside. The area is really beautiful and you have a park/forest with nice trail right behind the complex. Columbia itself is very wooded and easy on the eyes.
Parking is not terrible but not great either. You'll always find a spot but if you're coming home after 5-6 p.m. you'll have difficulty finding a spot close to your apartment.


In summary, stay away and keep looking!!!
