I did have the unfortunate experience of living on the bottom floor -
i had bug problems - ants, ladybugs, cricket spiders
Ants were rampant in the bathroom
Biggest problem - on the other side of my bedroom was the mailboxes creating horrible noise when anyone got the mail or the mailman came
Washer/dryer old
Dryer squeaked and squealed everytime i used it and they NEVER fixed it or replaced it
i had a MOUSE that i had to kill myself !!!
The big windows make it hot in the summer and cold in the winter
There is a giant hole that is under the siding of the buiding that allows mice and other animals to burrow in and they have NEVER fixed it at all.
I can't wait to leave !!
Espcially since someone just moved in overtop of us and it sounds like elephants bowling !!

I posted a review already but I have to agree with you: bugs are all over the place. I'll never live on a bottom floor in an apartment again. The mailboxes are awful, you can forget about having a peaceful afternoon.
