This is probably one of the most deceiving complexes in Columbia. It is so GHETTO and teh people that live here are just as bad. I had my apartment broken into and they were so rude about it. I reported suspicious behavior a week before and they did NOTHING when I asked them to change my locks. At night, there are kids hanging out until all hours of the night. I too had kids items on my porch and some neighborhood kids actually came on teh patio and started using my stuff and were banging on teh window. They acted shocked that I told them I was calling the police. It takes forever for anyone to come to the apartment. The office opens at 10 and seems to close at 4; although I have discovered that they are doing tours everyday at 4 to about their actual close time. Parking is a nightmare!!! If you come home past 6PM, you have to park a few blocks down. On the weekends, I have had to park near the leasing office and walk about 10 buildings down at 3AM ALONE because there was no parking. Some people have 3 cars and neer seem to move them.

I can NOT wait to get out of this place. It is wayyyy over priced and not very safe. There are many other complexes in Columbia that are cheaper and nicer.

Sorry about the problems you had but it sounds to me that it is the adults not taking responsibility for thier kids not the fault of the office. The office is there to help not babysit
