This place has recently been renamed to Columbia Landing.

Know why' Because Bentana, it's old name, has an awful reputation.

First off, it is practically ghetto housing. Think you'll meet nice families new to the area' Guess again. You'll meet the hood. Albeit the hood may look pleasant, since Columbia the city is in a beautiful spot, but the apartment surroundings will still suck.

The management is so bad, so pathetic, and so backwards, this place must be owned by a drooling moron unconcerned with his rapidly depreciating property value. On 1 Sept 2003 there was a drive by shooting in the apartment complex near the Leasing Office. Know what management did about it' Not much. We got a couple of handholding letters about their concern for our safety. But the fact is, if trash is willing to pay their low rent, they'll rent to them.

All of Tamar Drive from the Safeway at Long Reach all the way to 175 is a dead zone of ethnic trash. If you're normal, and just want to rent next to normal people, don't bother with Columbia Landing/Bentana.

Racist Bast*rd. In other words...don't rent here if you are white. Fine by me. Spread the word. Much of the area is predominately Black too. Please move back to Utah.

I agree with dedan....much of the area is black; realize it before you move. it ain't even bad....nothing you should be worried about if you can handle your own...
