Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
We moved in right after Realty Management Services took over (July, 2003). We were promised improvements, good management, etc. Nothing has changed. I have two sets of maintenance problems - #1 is the list I submitted when we moved in and #2 is a bathroom issue that has not been resolved for a month so far.
The other reviews are correct about the kind of people who live here and the safety, etc. Don't be fooled by the change to Columbia Landing or the renovated apartments - the whole complex isn't worth it. If I could afford to move, I would.
