When I first moved in it was fine. We had a nice couple and children that lived above us. They have since moved and our new upstairs neighbors bounce basketballs, hammer and drill non stop, play loud music. The new neighbors leave trash all over the complex and in the building. I've spoke to the office several times but nothing gets done. Parking sucks, panhandlers are asking for money outside our building. We had to do most of the maitnance work ourselves because we get no response from the office and the people they have working there are rude.
