I lived at Bentana for 12 years, '85 - '97. I enjoyed the life style and the apartments were were kept in good condition. At about 1991 the apartments, after a couple of management turnovers began to suffer from lack of timely response from Maintenance. Looking back I'd say that is thier biggest flaw, poor Maintenance. Also the laundry rooms were always in need of cleaning. My apartment on the 3rd floor was always so hot during the summer. The A/C was ineffective and management seemed indifferent at that time. However a new unit installed in 1992 solved that problem. Returning to a paid laudry system in 1996 was not a welcome expense either. Plowing in the winter time was always poor. Summer ground maintenance was superb. Over all if they could get a handle on the maintenance issues they would be a ten out of ten.
