Do not under any circumstances live here. It is awful. The maintanece is slow to respond. I'm talking it takes them a month or longer. I still don't have all of the items on my checklist completed and i submitted that in January 2005. The neighbors are horrible; people use the parking lot as a bathroom and a club. In the summer the roaches are out of control. You can get so much more for so much less at a another property.
