Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
It's a shame that some of my neighbors have had challenges in the past but from what I've seen from the response time of Management to follow up on my maintenance requests to just the politeness of the staff and how well kept the property is. You're going to have challenges in an apartment as oppose to a house such as pests. The key is COMMUNICATION. We have to work together with Management to get our property where we expect it to be.
