This place looks nice but is deceiving...
Latino parties every night! Loud music in the parking lot and men who whistle and cat-call my wife throughout the day! Garbage piled up outside the dumpster for days because management refuses to pay for multi-week pickup! Dog feces on every lawn because nobody cleans up after their pets. Pit bull dogs running loose around the playground area. Break-ins and bugs on the 1st floor! Poor plow service in winter!
This place is in the Long Reach Village area of Columbia (Thug's Paradise).
