I have been living at Columbia Landing for about a year now and my experience has been o.k. My apartment is very big and I have a washer and dryer,which I really wanted. The apartment itself is fine, but I have had a run in with the manager recently and I would have to say her attitude was very unprofessional. I don't think she knows how to speak to people. And from talking to other residents, I'm not the only one she's been this way towards. Other than that, I really like my apartment.

Yes, I agree.. When you complain, she should respond, "Oh, yes.. I understand.. I'll take care of it." But instead, she's, "Well, but... you are... you should.." blah blah.. SHut up already! Your job is to manage, not argue with tenants!

I agree. I really liked an apartment there, but was put off by the manager called 'Nicole'. The first time you meet her, she'll go 'sweety', 'honey', 'pumpkin'; but later on she has this absolute rude expression on her face, speaks rudely. Tries to make you feel like as if she is doing you a favor by letting you rent an apartment!
