3 staff, but they are useless, except for collecting rents. They want your money and nothing else. They are friendly though.. that's about it. If you want smiles and hellos, this place is for you; if you want a good apartment, go somewhere else.
They are always sending out newsletters about car theft, robbery, and bed bugs infestation. YES!! BED BUGS!!! Your neighbors are BED BUG carriers! Plus, walls are thin, you'll hear endless Hip-hop and Latin(Mexican) music on weekends.
Parking is always full and you can hear your neighbors taking showers, walk, cook, sing, dance, etc..
Also, no air vent, so expect smoke alarms going off everytime you cook something.. No Air vent for your oven!! are you kidding me'' They will trick you by showing you the Stove fan, but when you open up the cabinet above it, there's no air vent!!! The fan is for Shows.. It will suck up your smoke and blow it out into your kitchen.. OMG!
Rent is cheap, but expect low-income tenants that don't speak any English, don't give a damn about etiquette, and party all the time.
Oh yea, the management goes through your apartment 1-2 a month for some frivolous reasons... They are a nightmare!
NO Laundry room. They give you portable washer and dryer that you have to hook up everytime to your kitchen sink.. And they are very small, so it will only fit few items to wash and dry.. They are loud as well!

I haven't had any issues with the apartment complex or rental office employees that I couldn't handle. I guess you get back what you give out - not sure. However, when I have had an issue with a tenant - I went upstairs addressed the issue and it was taken care of... Although, you can hear your neighbors, you have to consider how old the apartment complex is and if nothing else - move out and go somewhere else. It could be worst!

I totally agree with the author...coming into your apartment every 1-2 months. Get real management, find something a little more productive to do with your time.
