If you like privacy, peac of mind, quiet, and a professional environment DON'T MOVE HERE! The positive ratings are more than likely those of people who either work there or had someone they now write them. I moved in and was misled. I was promised that my unit would look like the model and it didn't. And you have to sign your lease before you even see the actual unit (tha's how they get you). The grounds have overspilling trash and if you don't mind constant construction work in your home when you aren't there go ahead and move in. You'll regret it.

I like it here also and have been here for 6 yrs, the construction is something the County made them do because the pipes were outdated. Nicole, Teonna and Kourtney are the best management team I have ever lived under. Never have they been misleading about anything. I am sure had you asked to see your apartment they would have obliged you as they usually go out of their way to accomodate their tennants. I was able to see mine before I signed anything. As far as overspilling trash goes I have yet to see that unless it's Christmas Day and then they usually have a special trash pick up right after that. And I don't work here either....

The response above sounds more like a management impostor. It sounds too orchestrated.
