I have just signed my 6th lease with Columbia Landing and have to say it has been the first apartment I have stayed in this long and currently have no desire to move. The apartment is very spacious, has large windows, a very large kitchen (depending on which unit you get). The grounds are very well maintained, maintenence staff is very competent and attentive. The leasing team is truly one of a kind... "N", "T", and "K" are truly sweet and genuine women that love their job and tennants, very knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. I would reccommend Columbia Landing to anyone.
Thanks for reading...

I am considering moving to this apartment complex this summer. Can you tell me if they are accommodating to senior citizens (I am 68)? I work from home as a home transcriber. I suffer from severe allergies, both indoors and outdoors, so I want an apartment free of water leaks (causing mold problems) and a ventilation system that does not bring outdoor pollens, etc. into the apartment. Hope you will reply with some answers for me. I figure if you've lived there for 6 years, it must be a really good place to live. By the way, I'm interested in a 2-bedroom apartment and I don't want to be on the bottom floor. You may reply to me through my e-mail address of cezoma84@comcast.net Thank you!!
