I've been living here for a few years, it seemed to have been the right choice 4 years ago, but in recent time, things have changed. The managemnent of this property is unprofessional, sometimes I wonder if the property manager "N" and the assist mangager "T" (as they called themselves) are trying to find reasons to keep their jobs. Every time you turn around they are trying to find reasons to have unnecessary people in your house all the time, recently they put a note on our doors, saying that management will be changing the filters...okay cool, but then they also mentioned "management will also be inspecting your unit for cleaness, illegal pets, and over occupancy" WHAT! you got to be kidding me, now keep in mind they were just in our apartments doing this same inspection 5 months ago. There is no privacy AT ALL here!!!They have treated tenants and this complex like it is public housing. I feel that if you need to inspect peoples apartments every few months, that says something about their level of screening.
They also had some plumbing work done on each unit which was hell. The unneccessary plumbing was an awful process because it was not needed, they left everyone without water and could not bathe for 3 days.
I've also noticed overwhelming move-outs in the past 3 months.
They also act like hound dogs when it comes to collecting rent and fees, but slow to do anything to ensure our peace, comfort and safety as residents.
On a positive note, the only thing I have to say is I like Courtney (Leasing Consultant) I think she is the one who should be the manager rather than the current one who has an attitude problem and takes things a bit personal which sometimes get in the way of her being effective in her job. But Courtney is articulate, poised and professional at all times regardless of what's going on.
In my opinion, I think that the mananger and the assistant manager are too busy being friends and looking out for each other rather than doing their jobs and serving the people.
In my estimate of living here, I would not reccommend this property to anyone, prospects should go to a place where they can feel like a resident and feel at home not like a subsidized second-class citizen. Just keeping it honest!

Any issues with roach, rodent, spider or bed bug infestation? Not a fan of the bugs!
