I agree, it is expensive, but well worth it. The property is meticulously maintained, the apartments are brand new with beautiful crown molding and textured paint (in a nice cream color i might add). I have the largest two bedroom and my kitchen is huge!!!!!!! I have never seen an apartment that has more cabinets than I have stuff (I had a blast unpacking for once, instead of getting frustrated because my stuff wouldn't fit). Also, my bathroom is HUGE! As my friend put it, we could put a "slip-n-slide" in there. The built in hampers in the bathroom are cool too, except my husband still doesn't put his stuff in it:) I love the parking garage, I don't get wet in the rain and my car doesn't get snow/ice on it - and you don't have to pay for the parking. My last place, I had to pay $50/month for parking, per spot! The maintenance team is outstanding, not grouchy at 2am because my toilet is clogged and the office staff is great - never seem to be bothered by me. I wish they would turn these into condos so I could buy it! I still live here, don't want to leave, but do want to buy a house - at least I can take my time because I am happy here!
