I have lived here for 6 months. Both neighbors, one on each side of my apartment, are extremely noise. They play rap music EVERY evening until midnight or so. I have complained several times but the noise continues. I would have thought that the quality of neighbors would be better given the very high rent prices. At any time we hear the doors slammed repeatedly. One thing I must say is that the management here is great and try to take care of business right away.

Here's my interjection. I've lived in Columbia, Md for the past 3 years and find that almost ALL the persons living in this area are shifty, rude, coldhearted, unproffessional in demeanor but come across proffessional in thier stuffy dress, immoral you know what. The high rent prices seem to go up further but the care and maintenance support in these facilities goes way down. I'm disappointed in my stay in Columbia, Md. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay in ANY of the apartments here and would highly recommend persons moving from Columbia, Md altogether!
