Sadly I concur with this statement. But do NOT let that deter you from coming to visit. The site and units are beautiful. It really is worth it to live here. Just take my suggestions and go with what you know. My suggestions are: bring a measuring tape to confirm the measurements they give you for the rooms, ask tons of questions, talk to the neighbors, get the longest lease they offer, come back a week later and see if the "special" has changed (when I initially came I was falsely quoted the 'special'. I came back 2 days later, had another leasing agent and got a better deal than was first quoted. (Be mindful, some of these agents operate like used car salesmen). Some other suggestions: use their site to get your BGE and telephone. Go with Digital comcast on your own (you can get Direct TV if you have a unit not blocked by a building). Get DSL or cable internet. Do not pay your rent online, their is a fee. Just pay by check.

all that might be true but since they've implemenented unfair parking rules with $125.00 per infraction I say run away..quickly..
