I have been here at the Columbia Town Center for two years, and I LOVE IT. The customer service there is great and I am greeted with a warm smile every time I walk through the door. The service team is timely and well managed. I LOVE living here. They are luxury apartment so the prices are a litte than their other apartments, but they are well worth it. The leasing staff has gone out of their to make sure I am comfortable, especially the ------- fellow.

This was written by people in the office I saw them on the site doing it. I was in there waiting for information while they did it. Maybe if you people spent more time doing your job instead of posting false info on boards on the internet tenants would stop complaining about the customer service. Just a suggestion.

It was probably the ------- Fellow. Basically, the staff at Columbia Town Center can stick it. FIX THE EXERCISE EQUIPMENT ALREADY, SERIOUSLY.

WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE EXERCISE EQUIPMENT?!! I thought that the new equipment was supposed to arrive by mid to late March. IT IS NOW MID-APRILLLLL! Aside from the missing equipment, the sign is missing also. I guess they figured it was cheaper to remove the sign than get new equipment. I HATE THIS PLACE! I HATE THE LOSERS WHO WORK HERE! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. GET THE NEW EQUIPMENT OR ELSE!

What I think is really impressive about the fitenss center is that each piece of equipment has its on TV with cable. That way you can work out and watch TV. What I don't like about this arrangement is that every TV doesn't work and the sound cannot be adjusted. On one unit, the headset option doesn't work so you are forced to share your TV habits with the others in the center. MANAGEMENT.... how about addressing this as well? EITHER FIX IT OR GET RID OF IT. I'm sick of running towards a dead TV. ITS RIDICULOUS!!!
