surprised and disappointed

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
We've lived at Columbia Town Center for almost one year, and we're definitely moving out. In my experience, the staff at the leasing office is inattentive to the community. We've been shocked by the misinformation. For example, after signing our lease, when they promised us two reserved parking spots for a two bedroom apartment at no extra charge. Shortly after we moved in they suddenly changed their mind and decided to charge us $75 for our second parking spot! In my opinion this was to make more money-I never saw a shortage of parking spots as they claimed to be the reason for the policy change.
Whenever I went to the leasing office to resolve an issue, they did not appear interested, and staff members had incomplete responses.
Maintenance fixes things in your apartment which is good, but damage elsewhere on the property (broken gates, broken signs, etc.) are repaired months later if at all.
The leasing office changed the electricity gas billing company and/or method without telling anyone as far as I know this January. The bills were unusually high. Many residents enquired about this discrepancy. Six months later, this issue has not been resolved and we knowingly continue to pay unreasonably high gas electricity bills in order to avoid late fee charges assessed by Columbia Town Center.
We always thought that the covered parking spots were safer. However, recently, we found out that 6 cars in the covered parking garage were vandalized!
I wanted to live in someplace convenient, but Columbia Town Center is just too much trouble. I like to relax when I get home from work, but here there are too many nuisances created by the office to deal with, in my opinion.
